HIGH SPIRITS is GO for 2006!!!

For those who came in late…

After CUG 2005 there were some tensions in the air so the Unis held a chilled out, fun, relaxed tournament down at Victor Harbor (in short, High Spirits was born!). Not only was it a weekend full of fun times, a wild party, and plenty of love but there was some good quality, high Spirited Ultimate played as well…

So…

What: HIGH SPIRITS 2006

When: May 20-21st

Format: Mixed 4-3

Where:

FIELDS – lush green grass
– Saturday at the Mount Compass Oval (Oval Road, Mt. Compass, on the Victor Harbor road, 60 km from Adelaide)
– Sunday at Port Elliot Oval (North Terrace, Port Elliot)
PARTY – Saturday night at Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club. Grandpa and Grandma theme (i.e. dress-up) & cheap BINGO

Cost: $15 per player
Includes Sat and Sun tourney fees (or $8 for a single day), i.e. field hire, AFDA fees and fruit and the party on Saturday night.

Accommodation:
There is limited accommodation at Chiton Rocks SLSC (i.e. 18ish beds + a bit of floor space in the bunk room, or a big empty tile-floored room downstairs, or plenty of grass to camp on). Cost to stay here is an extra $15 per person.

Bring:
Standard tourney stuff (cleats, Mr. Tickle undies, funny hats etc.)
Lunch money for the finest bakeries in SA: Mt. Compass has venison pies, and those from last year should remember how good the Sunday-morning steak and mushroom pies from the Pt. Elliot bakery are...
